I would like to say a big thank you to Adam (cyprio), Neil (NDH1982) and Nick (nickytrick) for the gifts I got for my 40th birthday which is today.

They got me a Daiwa Emblem Spod reel, A midi spomb and Arma Kord braided leader line.

All the road bank, peg 30 and 31 and 1 peg opposite the track at the other end to the carpark. 17 pegs have been done with these platforms.

Not sure about any better fish coming out but you can be sure to get your string pulled which might be more suited to you lover boy. You should get the brummy horse rider down there (NDH1982)

The pegs are currently being renovated and the work should be completed by the end of this week coming.

The water does have colour in it at the carpark end and gets a bit clearer at the outlet end.

Just to let you know that Lumpy has turned up dead today, it usually comes out around the low 20s. A very sad loss for the carp lads.

Just to let the members know that on the 03/05/13 250lb of Roach were stocked into wood bevington these Roach were top quality fish that have never been fished for, the size of the Roach ranged from half a pound upto 1 and a half pound each. Also this week a member had 7 tench, 4 crucian carp, 12lb ...

I think ive used all my size 2 hooks mate over the winter. Ive been doing sum Roach fishing but i must admit I thought they were a bit on the small side.

I hope your gunna get some proper tackle for this year when you fish down Abbots for them Bream instead of the over gunned stuff youve been using.
