Which pools fishing the best?

Postby ThinkTurbo » Sat Apr 12, 2014 4:31 pm

Hi, I'm a novice looking to improve my pool fishing, I've tried bradley green, and wood bevington.
Which other pools are good, or better?
Also I'm using spicy sausage on hair method rig, on lead 18 inches length, on quiver.
Any better techniques?
As I'm a chub and barbel fisherman normally, just need some advice for me and my lad started fishing this month on 5m tele pole
Any help welcomed?

Brad is without doubt the most productive of our venues but ,as with all forms of fishing ,venues will vary from day to day and even hour to hour.
Alvechurch and Skilts(if you can manage the walk from the carpark to the pool)are both good venues and always worth a try.
You have a PM.
Take nothing but memories, leave nothing but footprints.
