It might be worth also displaying the dates/venues at the AGM and asking for members to sign up to commit to help on any particular date.

Bank Clearing session Abbots Salford River

Just to let everyone know there will be another bank clearing session on Abbots Salford river on Monday 10th september 2012 from 5pm onwards, meet at pump house. If anyone is interested in helping out please contact me on 07771850575. any help is much appreciated.
