Gate padlock.

Just had a member phone me to say he was unable to open the padlock.
David (Bazz) Barry is going to take a look today and I will post an update as soon as he gets back to me.

The problem is now resolved and the code from your banknotes is once again opening the lock.
Thanks to David Barry and Chris Burton for their swift responses.

You have to be careful with the lock now as it comes apart when unlocked!
