Track to the river

Postby hurricane » Sat Jun 01, 2013 12:21 pm

Please note the track to the river is at the moment blocked by a fallen tree.
It is planned for this to be removed within the next couple of days.
Regards Peter.

Thanks Dave :D
As 3/4 of the earth is water and only 1/4 is land we should all spend 3 times as much time fishing as we do gardening :-)

I popped down here today but could only get as far as the old hut, yet the maps show futher is possible....is this where our waters finish or is it that no one ever gies further hence its inaccessible?

Fished the pegs just before the hut on opening week and the grass had ben cut and most of the pegs strimed out,it should have been done on the stretch you mention, wich is part of our fishery.
I will check into it.

This was going to be looked into on the bank clearing session on the 26th but as a grand total of 4 yes 4 people turned up the workload was prioritised and unfortunately this section would have taken too much time.
I do not forsee the problem being solved until next season now,but the foiliage should start dying back pretty soon.
