floating baits

The book says floating baits are allowed but a sign on site says they are not is this a temporary thing or a printing issue.

Hi Peter G,
Floating baits ban are as per the sign on site at Bradley Green due to inconsiderate anglers hooking the birds and fish suffering damaged mouths from striking too hard, you do not need to float baits as catching is very easy sub surface.
