New padlock but what is the code?

Hi all
just a word of warning!
Went to Alvechurch pool this morning with a fellow member only to find that our padlock has been replaced and was unable to get in.
I have since learned that the new padlock was supplied and fitted by the people who keep the horses in the stable by the entrance but that the code has not been made freely available yet?
I have also been told that the "horse people" will let you in if they are there and will also tell you the code?????
Can anyone from the committee shed some light on this as it is all sounds a pretty strange state of affairs.
Thanks
Pete
p.s. went to Skilts instead and had a very pleasant few hours.
