Bradley Green in the wet

Postby Diwrnach » Sat May 01, 2010 7:51 pm

Was planning on going to Bradley Green tomorrow, but its due to rain alot tonight, and is rai9ning now, due to stop in the morning.

Should I park in the farm yard, or just drive down?

How wet does it need to be to leave car in yard?

Thanks in advance for any help :)

It is basically up to you Dwirnach  Do you feel lucky?
From personal experience it needs to be pretty wet to be inaccessible so I would drive down through the gate as far as the field and see how it looks. If it looks dodgy you can always turn round and go back to the farmyard.

parking when wet

I agree with Pete. it also depends on what you drive.

In all cases it is better safe than sorry, as you can see there have been vehicles along the track when it was wet and you can see the mess that has made of the track, we or the owner will have to put it right at some time.

Have a nice day :D

Well I drove all the way to the pool and to be honest it really wasnt that bad at all, even the farm yard itself wasnt too bad.

Dont think the rain was half as bad there as it has been here, the roads flooded just down from me currently :)

As for the fishing, wasnt too bad, but really windy, made things a bit difficult, but still caught plenty :)
