I had a look on the rules of the Linch Hill sydicate I used to be in, it doesn't state on there about when your membership expires but it states the expiry date on the membership card. I have also had the rules for a new syndicate im joining also doesn't state on there about membership expiry, im sure it will be on the membership card though.

Just had a look at other fishing synicate rules on google, doesn't state on the few I looked when membership expires.

Unfortunately the constitution does not clarify this issue. This problem has only come about since we have had to put locks on gates. Club rule number 1 is not clear and may need to be re written. As it states in the constitution any proposed changes to rules must be subject to a vote at the AGM.

One way or another im sure it will be sorted on monday evening at the AGM.
